Calgary Employer Forum (CEF) is a platform for employers to gather and collectively learn best practices to better hire and retain youth who have faced barriers to employment in the past.
We provide employers with the resources to identify potential. From their gained knowledge, members will have the ability to match their needs for loyal entry-level staff with often overlooked candidates.
Along with assisting employers to meet their needs, CEF cares deeply about affecting community change. We know that through gainful employment, positive change can come to a person’s life, which reflects in the larger community.
