Job Duties
• Fast Food Line Cook: work in food production, preparing fries, burgers and other fast-food products in our Kongo and Main Street restaurants for customers.
• ULYSSES Restaurant Cook: Prepares meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; while maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cashiers: provide customer service & assistance in our food outlets. Handle customer purchases throughout their shift. Receive payments by cash, debit card or credit card. Mentally calculate the change to be given to the customer. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
• Bartender: Requires a solid understanding of excellence in customer service. Prepare the bar for service; replenishing stock, cut garnishes and arrange your work area productively. Welcome guests, describe services & specialized beverages. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
• Servers: Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
