OUR HISTORY

CAN WiN is a national expansion project that builds upon the success of BC Partners in Workforce Innovation (BC WiN), an eight-year initiative based in British Columbia, now also available in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.

 

Since 2015, the CAN WiN team has helped our Employer Partners to:

• Develop effective and inclusive hiring and retention strategies;

• Hire diverse talent through job matching services;

• Build capacity within organizations to be more inclusive through training;

• Connect people to well-paying, long term career opportunities;

• Research, identify, and share inclusive employment best practices.
