Culinary Supervisor

Job Summary

The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, controls and operation of our restaurants and fast food outlets.

Job Duties

• Share your vision with your staff of 35-40 using your team of leaders to train, coach and mentor.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor performance.
• Control inventory and modify processes as required to increase efficiency.
• Ensure health & safety regulations are followed.
• Inspect and maintain proper food standards in compliance with EOHU standards.
• Identify and estimate quantities of stock using PARS to ensure freshness of food.
• Communicate with all levels of personnel and clients.
• Organize catered events such as birthday parties and corporate BBQ's at reserved locations throughout the park.
• Identify performance issues with a view to coaching and mentoring staff to higher levels of performance and professionalism.

What You Bring

• Completion or in progress diploma in a related field.
• Food and Beverage experience.
• Computer skills in Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler and Internet browser.
• Must have leadership experience. Must work well as a team.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Proficiency in English and French written and spoken is an asset.
• Punctual, organized, flexible, adaptable, reliable and ability to work under pressure.
• Must have a profound understanding of customer service.
• Public Relations Skills required.
