Job Summary
We are seeking an accounting clerk to join our administrative team.
Expected start date: 2024-03-04
This year round, full-time junior position is responsible for accounts payable, group booking invoicing and accounts receivable, ticket printing, petty cash and daily deposits. The accounting role also compiles and distributes the daily operating report.
If you have attention to detail, flexible availability during our season and a solid understanding of accounting principles this role is a great opportunity to build business acumen and experience in the attractions industry.
The ideal candidate should possess good accounting skills and understand GAPP. A solid understanding of Excel spreadsheets is required. Knowledge of Great Plains accounting software is desirable. Capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment. Able to plan workload to meet accounting deadlines.
Job Duties
• Accounts payable
• Print tickets for group sales
• Process group invoices and ensure they are promptly collected
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable
• Complete Daily Operating Reports
• Cash & Petty cash control
• Daily deposits
• Responsibilities may differ between in-season and off-season tasks.
• Good written and oral communication skills required

What You Bring
