Bethanie Lyall

Beth is an Inclusive Workforce Specialist with CAN WiN, dedicated to supporting employers in creating accessible and inclusive workplaces. With a strong background in social services, she has spent years advocating for individuals with disabilities, helping them navigate employment, housing, and social assistance programs.
Before joining CAN WiN, Beth worked closely with families and individuals accessing Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Ontario Works (OW), providing guidance on available benefits and employment opportunities. She has also collaborated with businesses to develop inclusive hiring practices, ensuring that jobseekers with disabilities can find meaningful and sustainable employment.
Beth is passionate about building equitable workplaces, fostering community connections, and breaking down barriers to employment. In her free time, she enjoys woodworking, pottery, and spending time with her rescue animals.
